  Ed is such a great trainer. I was apprehensive when I first signed up because I've never worked out with a personal trainer or gone to the gym before, but Ed reassured me and made me feel comfortable right away.
  
  One of the reasons why I went with Team Fit instead of other gyms in Augusta is that he offers private one on one sessions. After about a month, I've noticed a big difference in my physical and mental health.
  Ed keeps his sessions fresh and interesting and I never thought I would be the person to look forward to going to the gym.
  
  I plan on renewing once my 8 week session is over. I also think his rate is better compare to other gyms in Augusta. I highly recommend Team Fit!

  Trained with Ed a couple years back while in Augusta for a few months. Highly recommend to anyone. Very respectful and professional. Great training experience.
